I had a similar issue last year with a house I was in the process of purchasing. When I went to view the house, I was in my lowered 3000GT and was able to go up and down the driveway without any issue. After we put in an offer and it got accepted, I went back with my G and scraped so bad I thought my exhaust ripped off!! I tried going up at an angle and using a 2x4 but could not get down the driveway clean. Got a couple of quotes to see how much it would be to redo the driveway and the costs was just too much too soon so I had to pull out.
Hopefully you have better luck and can get it resolved with a ramp or something. Good luck and let us know how everything turns out!

THIS STORY HAS A HAPPY ENDING!!!!
GETTING INTO THAT GARAGE FELT NEARLY AS GOOD AS WHEN I GOT INTO COLLEGE LMAO!!!
And they Bay Area housing market is a B!T#H right now so even if the car didn't go in I love the house too much to give it up.
So....I definitely got a rash or two on my exhaust system figuring out how to make it in, but I think I'm pretty confident now. I basically parallel park getting the front and rear wheels of one side over "the hump of death" (car is now parallel to the garage door). Then back up as close as possible to the side edge of the driveway. Next I turn the wheels all the way in toward the garage door and get the second set of wheels over the hump of death. So basically a 3 point turn.
Thank you so much to everyone who responded . I love the house and I love the car. As most of do I take a lot pride in my G and I knew it wouldn't be the same if I had to raise it up. I teared up a little when I finally had it inside and saw it comfortable in the warm garage. NO MORE COLD STARTS!

I may get around to creating a video at some point and post to youtube so other people with lowered cars can try the technique .
blnewt, so glad to hear the exhaust pipe is can take abuse. Even though the worst is over I won't be surprised if I have a few more incidents if I'm doing this twice a day, everyday.

Yeah, you might have seen my thread in the exhaust section on using a 3" to 2.5" flange adapter to help with the problem.. I think it helped but not sure if I just got used to it instead lmao. I might swap back to the stock Y pipe when i switch back to stock cats for smog inspection to see if it really does sound better like you're saying.
