I don't think my TPMS is working

So a few months ago I got a flat and the TPMS didn't go off. It sat in my driveway and there was no pressure in the tire, yet still no light. Now, I have my winter wheels/tires on the car and there's no sensors on them, and the light isn't on again.

I know my summer wheels/tires definitely have the sensors and I know they did them when I got new tires a few months ago. What could be happening?

You didn't mention the year of your vehicle but the TPMS sensors have a sealed non replaceable battery.
Each wheel should be properly programmed to the vehicle
If this was not done that is most likely your problem?

Good luck

It's a 2008. When I got my new tires put on last year they said they programmed the TPMS. Wouldn't the light be on if they didn't do it correctly?
