Brake pedal issue

Got a 2013 G37 sedan last week, no problems when purchased. 3 days go by and I realize that my cruise control won’t set, figure it’s an issue with the CC switch. Next day I see that when I turn my car off my brake lights are still on, mobdro https://pnrstatus.vip/ https://sarkariresult.onl/
and car even went into limp mode with no errors on dash (probably because my brake was partially engaged while driving without my knowledge). Any idea if this would be a return spring issue or switch issue? I have to prop my brake pedal up with my left foot while I accelerate with my right foot and have to prop the brake pedal up slightly so the brake lights will turn off and when my car is off. Anybody have any idea what could be up with my car?

Sounds like either a brake switch issue itself, or the brake switch just needs adjusted.
