HELP~All squared setups please post here!

ok, question(s).......I have a staggered set up of vossen cv3r's on the sport coupe right now. I tried the rear 10.5 +45 up front and it didnt clear. Now I want a squared set up. I would love to run 10.5's up front. So what im looking at is:
20x10.5 +22 or +40.
I wouldnt mind running the 275/30 combo too. I saw the other guy in the thread running the 20x10.5 +25 with the 275/30 combo. Maybe its his spoke design thats helping him out.
Any suggestions? Will it work? Should I go more conservative?

Cool. I'll give that a shot. I'll buy some washers and measure out how many I would need to clear the front brakes. Might not need many. But I plan on selling the cv3r's anyway and doing 20x10.5 +35 all around. Do you recommend the 275/30 tire?

Regarding spacers, the 15mm would be the narrowest you could run as a bolt-on, anything over 5mm to under 15mm would require longer wheel studs which will add a failr amount of labor, that's the main reason I suggested the 15mm, and should give you an offset that you can live with.

Yeah, on a 10.5 that's about the narrowest tire I'd run and should still look good and provide decent clearance at the fender.

You were saying you wanted to get a square 10.5 setup so you'd need new 10.5s to replace the narrower front wheels. If you end up getting the same 10.5 +45s (assuming those 15mm give you the clearance AND the look you're after) for the fronts you'd want those spacers all around for a uniform look at the fenders.
Another thing to keep in mind, you'd probably need a fair amount of spacing to clear the front upper section of the steering knuckle, so a 15mm spacer should cover both bases, the knuckle and the calipers

Will this clear the front knuckle/sport brakes? Still good on tire size (275/30)? Or should I see if I can ull off the 255/35/20? I know I could still space the rear some to give the staggered look also.

It's never a bad idea to confirm BBK clearance w/ the vendor, if they don't know see if you can send them these templates (only need the bigger front one). Even though they should clear, those Akebonos are a very fat caliper vs. the bigger but flatter Brembo 6 pots.
