Looking for springs to drop on OEM 19's
 

Hey everyone, I'm looking for the best out of the box springs to lower my ride as much as I can.
I've done some research and I think I want to go with the Eibach Pro kit but looking online it says it only drops 1.2 in the front and .8 in the back, and it seems like that is very very little.

Help me eliminate that wheel gap! Thanks . :CHEERS:

Eibach springs will eliminate that wheel gap.

I have pics on my garage album with stock 19's and 20" wheels. You can use that for reference.

Tein s-tech and H&R springs are your best friend:biggthumpup:

s-tech ftw i had the previous to my coilover and they are the lowest spring out there next to the h&r

I've noticed a lot of talk by some newer owners who want to lower their car that the main concern for them seems to be how it looks rather than how it will handle. Also how that lowering may incur some major mods for camber kits and the like to keep the tires alive and the handling up to snuff. Any reason for why the aesthetics seem to trump the handling in preference first? Eibach makes two basic kits called the Pro-Kit and Sportline kit. The sportline lowers it the most and also gives a stiffer ride compared to the Pro-Kit. But it also may require some camber and toe kits to get the cars alignment back to decent parameters. I've heard from some that they think the Pro-Kit is purely cosmetic and doesn't do much for handling. Where the hell did that come from? First if you lower any car even slightly, you will lower the center of gravity which always helps in handling unless you go to the point of slamming the car which to me is really only for pure cosmetics. Not only is the Pro-Kit reduce body roll, brake dive and rear end squat under acceleration, it gives a nice ride on most roads out there with decent shock travel to soak up some of those pot holes and such on the road. On the track with it's smoother surface they rock. If you're driving inputs are smooth and you hit your turn-in points right, this mod. makes the G37S behave like the winner that it is. Maybe I'm just old school but I think that sometimes less is more. Comments please. My thermal underwear is now on. ;)
