Decided to go with Vossen 085's

So after much debating I've decides to go with Vossen 085'S. Thanks Jav for referring me to JR electronics here in Miami . The question is I'm lowered on eibach pro kit . Once I have the wheels on and get my alignment done at firestone , will I need to purchase a the spc camber kit for the the front and rear ? Or will they be able to alignment the car as close as possible to stock specifications ? I rather buy the camber kits now then having the tires wear quickly and waste more money. I'm just curious since I know many of u have the same setup with regards to having eibachs and 20" wheels.

Just get cambers, since the factory camber arm is not adjustable. 500 for front and read cambers < the amount of money you have to spend on new tires

Be prepared for multiple answers on this question...it happens every time.

Short answer: you won't get back into specs. The real debate is whether or not that is really necessary. Buying camber kits will guarantee you get into specs and can have tire wear as even as stock.

from what i researched on eibach prokit springs, you should be able to get within factory specs barely. however, you will still experience inner tire wear.. especially in the fronts.

***you will be able to get within factory SPECS, but you won't be able to get it precise ...you will still have uneven tirewear. Plan to get camber kits to do it up right. you will never have a worry to worry about ever again....

TRUST ME from experience...its a GREAT FEELING!!

I've still yet to see an alignment sheet showing someone who got back into factory specs after Eibach. I got one wheel in, but that is it, and that is about normal from the spec sheets I have seen.

Where can I buy the front and rear camber kits ? $400 is better than $ 900 for tires every 6 months

I never found it necessary to buy the camber kits with eibachs. The rears are only slightly cambered, and the front is cambered noticeably, but they helps you take sharp turns.

just buy it. save your tires. LOL ive been comtemplating and finally bought the spc camber kits

thanks fellas. I would like to go with a 20/25 offset with a 275/30/20 tire in the rear but im curious to see how it would look with such an agressive offset with an eibach drop. if there is too much of a gap i will just switch to H&R springs.

I know its old and outdated most likely, I just did a search for Vossen cuz I'm picking up the same 085s! I have a M45 Sport tho, the last one I saw looked amazing on eibachs with this same setup, although he was running 255/285s all around with a +38 and +45 offest. I'm gonna run the same 255/35/20 and 285/30/20 as him. Heres the pic and link if your curious. Although I'm sure you already got what you decided on lol. Springs, Wheels, and Brakes - Oh My... Mike he just threw photos up yesterday in the coupe picture share forum.

Is there a question in your post??

You'll love the Vossens! So clean.

The H&R's will really throw you down low. Eibachs seem to work well for most here. Those offsets should be cool.

On the M45 - that door trim has gotta go! Clean car otherwise.
