How is the ride quality with Eibach Pro?

How is the ride quality with Eibach pro versus the Sports package of the G37S. Is there a lot of difference between them. And overall how does the car look with the eibach on them? Thanks. Looking forward to purchase these. and anybody know where I can get a good price to install/alignment in NJ/NY area that has good knowledge?:)DOMO:driving:

I am in NY... Ride quality is awesome, about as close to stock as you can get..

I love my eibach's..
