Hey all!

I've decided to start modding my coupe and went ahead and ordered some hotchki's sway bars and tein basis z coilovers. I've read when lowering your vehicle with aftermarket sway bars that it's recommended to get adjustable end links. From previous threads I read that the SPL brand is better than Whiteline as far as adjustable goes and Moog for just being built like a tank?

In 2018, is that still the case? I didn't want to revive an older thread.

yeah, that pretty accurate...although not necessary, strictly speaking getting adjustable ones is always a good idea if you lower the car but to be clear, the moogs aren't adjustable, they are just regreasable.

Also from personal experience the moogs are more "heavy duty" in design but the build quality is not very good and I replaced them with cheap aftermarket pieces that have held up much better. Obviously this is just my experience and YMMV lots of people love em on here.

also depending on whether you have an X (AWD) SPL may be the only adjustable option for the front

Thanks Hashim. Good to know about the moogs. I did read they are easy to grease, missed the part about being adjustable.

I'm actually RWD and saw they have both front and rear. I feel like it would be safer to get the higher quality one now than down the road. I don't track or anything, just daily drive.

One of my rear end links broke within three miles after I lowered my car. It's not if, it's when. I replaced with SPL, too. Be aware that SPL end links are only about 3/8" shorter than stock, not sure if that's really sufficient.
