Centric premium rotors are a good choice, have better venting than OEM and rust reduction coating. These can be found on rockauto.com or cross check the part #s on Amazon and w/ their free shipping you may get a better deal there. Be sure to choose 320mm front, 307mm rear rotor sizes.

In the end should i just go for the full brake kit? or should i do those rotors but different pads?

If your rear rotors are bad more than likely your fronts will probably be needed too unless they were already replaced. If the fronts are fine then just getting the Centric premium rears is ok, and Akebono ProAct pads are a good choice for pads, Stoptech has a newer Street pad that performs well and won't dust much vs. their Sport pad, those should also be found at rockauto.

Ideally getting a full front & rear setup w/ matching pads all around is best, but if you want to do just the rear be sure to match the fronts when it's time.

I'm going to be getting the car this weekend New (to me) and I got it inspected by Infiniti the rotors and the battery was the only problem allowed me to get a good deal so I'll probably just do them all to be better safe then sorry and for the long run
