How hard is to install Coilovers? G37 coupe
I recently bought BC coilovers and wondering how hard is it to install coils? I have all the tools. Would you suggest installing myself with a friend or going to a local shop and installing it for about $300ish+?

Installing coils is easier than swapping springs since you don't have to remove the old struts, compress & remove, then install new springs.
If you've done a fair amount of auto work this is easy, just check the DIY
this seems like a good one (although I didn't go through the whole thing)
Project Infiniti G37 Coilover Installation Part II
The main PITA is that lower front strut bolt, be sure to back it up w/ an open end wrench and shoot w/ PB blast and it'll break free w/ a 2 ft breaker bar. Also be sure to preload the rear springs prior to adjusting the rear shock length.
Keep in mind you may need to add camber arms and a rear toe kit if you plan to drop pretty low (and BCs start out pretty low in the back) and the time to install them is when you're also installing the coil overs IMO.

Very easy...just be careful with brake/speed sensor lines. Double check you tightened everything. Do fronts separate from the rears. Meaning jack up the front 2 and swap. Then the same for the rear. This would help you avoid sway bar pressure.
