Lowered in snow
As the title says, I'm just curious how our lowered sedan handles in the snow. I currently have a set of eibachs just sitting in my garage and Im itching to install them since theres not that much snow this year, but just want to know just incase if it snows heavily all of a sudden. If i have AWD and winter tires, will I be fine? Thanks in advance for the help

You'll be fine. Just be extra cautious of the ice build-ups that fall off of people fenders as your clearance will obviously be lessened.
|
Alright then thanks for the heads up!
|
Eibachs aren't a big drop, but anything over 4" of snow and you'll turn your G into a snowplow :)
|
Here in Colorado, we just got 18" of snowfall. Getting high-centered in a lowered G is a very real possibility. It's a chance you take when you pick this mod...

So i installed the 6399.140 pro kit on my sedan today. It is a really nice drop. Unfortunately, i still have like a 4 finger gap at the front but barely one at the back. I was just wondering if the front will settle a lot more after i drive it for couple weeks?

That's because the 6399.140 is designed for the G35X...
Ya I understand, but shouldnt all lowering springs settle more after driving couple hundred miles? My rear sits a lot lower than my front thats why I find it weird |

Ohh, well i like the way how my rear sits but I still think my front gap is kinda wide. Will it be possible for it to reduce to like a 2 finger gap after a while for the front?

Swift has springs that work perfect for this...they had to make a new design for the springs to work on the 37X. |
Been lowered no problems on my g37x awd coupe in the snow... replaced the front plastic undertray but that was about it
