Adam's Rotors - Quick Pix
Here are some quick pix that I snapped during lunch time after getting a car wash.
I got these installed (including new Hawks ceramic pads and stainless steel brake lines + fluid flush) about 2 weeks ago and they stop like a champ every single time I felt like stomping on the paddle :D Big thanks to Adam himself who installed these locally in the NorCal Bay Area! Very approachable person and definitely one of smoothest deals that I've made. I recommend purchasing the rotor package directly from him if you are local to NorCal and have him install it instead of going through some 3rd party (I went through CVR Motorsports because I didn't know Adam was local until doing some further research). Anyway, enough with the words, here are the *bad* quality pix They are sitting behind 20" iForged rims. Wheels...
(Oh, and the rotors look nice, too.) |
Looks awesome! Have to put them to any test yet? I guess you would only notice the difference on the track in the form of reduced fade?

If you go on them lightly, they feel pretty much stock. But going past the regular braking maneuver and go into spirited driving zone, they definitely made a difference. I have put them through about 6 60-0 none-abs activated braking stops consecutively and didn't notice too much difference after each attempt. I guess my 13 MPG in the first tank after getting these babies installed is a proof on how much fun I had with them.... brake check.. anyone? :JAMIN: |
