Popping sound when turning wheel to the left 3/4th of the way

Okay so I installed coilovers and niw I have a popping sound when I turn my wheel to the left about 3/4 the way. It is not the coilovers. It's not when I hit a bump or compress the coilover. It's only when the wheel turns. I verified this by turning the wheel but not rolling. So what could It be? And is it serious in any way? I've driven about 300km with the pop so far. Anyone have something similar happen? And have any idea what I should check to fix it?

I thought that. But even if the car is not in motion and I turn the wheel when I'm stationary its the sway bar? Wouldn't there be no tension on it when sitting still?

Sorry for the double post, I'm on my phone. I did remove some in the endlink silicone by accident btw. But I thought if my car isn't moving the sway bar is doing nothing when I turn the wheels
