Sedan window rough & noisy when going down

Alright, here's my other current mechanical issue with my new 09 x. My front passenger window is super noisy going up/down, and sometimes sticks/shudders in its track as it is moving.
I did search, and was really surprised to not find any mechanical window issues (they all sounded electrical, like "Help my window keeps rolling down!"). Except for this old old thread (and that's a coupe), I guess windows on these cars are mostly pretty robust. Cool!

I've tried to get a video, but haven't caught it shuddering. The noise, compared to the other windows, is much louder and a bit rougher than the other three... think "electric toothbrush" compared to "cell phone vibrate under a pillow". Doesn't sound right, but when it's not shuddering it moves smoothly. The shudder looks like it's rubbing on the gaskets, or maybe the mechanism isn't lubed properly... but after that first time, it's usually good for a while.

I've got the door trim off, but didn't realize I would need to take the glass out and second panel off to get any good look at the mechanism, or to remove/look at the motor. So I haven't done that yet . FS manual is what I'm going by... anyone have a better suggestion? Anyone else have one noisy window? Should I worry it'll jam up or break somehow?

Though, it did prompt one of my friends to help name this car. Sleek and silver on the outside... and with that jarring mechanical bit on the inside showing through? She said it was like the Terminator... so my 2009 G37x sedan is now named Arnold. :-D

I'm gonna BUNP this thread myself since there's been no response yet (and i get on the forum so rarely). Anyone deal with this before? Should i look at the motor, regulator, guides, just lube it...?
