Is this vinyl or actual CF? Also, how long was the install process?

did you install it by yourself or the shop do it for you? I'm just wondering how easy it is to

I see they have options for "real carbon fiber" are these just vinyl kits or actual carbon fiber plates that fit over the pieces? I have a bunch of carbon looking vinyl but this looks way nicer.
