Crooked/Misaligned Seats??

Sup yall

So I noticed that my car has an unusual but very annoying problem. My seats are crooked/misaligned. The driver seat is too far to the left, to the point where it interferes with the seatbelt arm, and rubs against the left trim if I move the seat back. There's a nice gap between the driver seat and the center console. The passenger seat, on the contrary, is too close to the center console and rubs against it when moving the seat.

Passenger Seat:

Driver Seat:

Furthermore, these seats appear to be tilted, that is both of their right sides seem to be a bit more raised than the left.

The seats were removed at one point by the shop who had the car. Is it a possibility that they were improperly installed or is there no adjustability whatsover?

Thanks!

Can't help on the seats, but for what it's worth the neck pillow is a huge risk in an accident in regards to whiplash. Just so you're aware.
