That steering wheel looks great! I really like it. I would prefer it without the carbon fiber though but that design should have been implemented into the sport package from the start.

I Agree, i would want to order one without the carbon fiber. The Look of the wheel with just the stitching would look very classy and sporty and close to OEM. How much do you think it would cost without Carbon Fiber? Also dont want to wait a month.

$900 shipped - search eBay for "g37 custom steering wheel" they're built to your specs - leather, stitching top stripe color - and take a bit over a month.

$900 ? I know it's real carbon fibre and all, but it's quite expensive. Add a couple more hundred dollars, you could a cat-back exhaust system or coilovers ? Lol

Heh - one of those mods to do when you already have everything else except FI, I suppose.

On a related note - it doesn't count as a threadjack if I'm doing it to myself! - did you start the headliner yet? How's it going?

Lol, not yet no. I've been fighting with the rental car company and trying to get caught up on some work stuff. They moved the academy start date up a month so I need to get all my paperwork together and get some road time in quick.

I figure I'll get everything taken apart and painted first then start on the pillars and visors. I think... I should probably just order more adhesive now.

Wow looks amazing! I think a big indicator of quality is the seams between materials and the stitchwork which both look top notch, probably makes you feel like you're driving the batmobile!
