Question. About seats!

Ok does the driver seat go back further than the passenger seat on the coupe?
Please help figure this out and let me know please. :confused2:

I just checked that out on my coupe, and both seats move back exactly even and same (about 2" away from the rear seats). However, depending on the tilt of the seat, they can look like one is further than the other.

People here are quick to jump on others lol. It's like a death trap asking a question.

Why so mean? I'm assuming he's having a problem where one of his seats isn't going back as far as the other, and he wants to know if that's normal or not. How can he check it on his own car if his car is the one with the problem?

Why thank you. That's exactly what's going on with my car and now I know there is something wrong. I thought this forum is to help answer question and get info you can't get any where else, and it sucked that some people go out of the way to take a simple request and make it a big deal. :bowrofl:

No problem. Before taking it in, I would check them with both of the seats folded forward (like someone was getting in the back seat) and make sure they are uneven when fully back and forward. Also check the rails under the seat just to make sure there are no obstructions.

Good luck!

+1 for this! All I had to do was go into my garage, click my seats back, and let the guy know what he wanted. Clearly, he had an issue with his seats.

i jumped into this tread thinking aftermarket seats.. but guess not lol :confused2:

K I checked my seat. The passenger side and I did to see or feel anything obstructing it or the rails underneath. I did what you told moved the back rest forward on both and evenly then move the seats back as far as possible and the driver still goes back further then the passenger. I do have a front facing car seat behind the passenger side, I wonder it is some kind of safety thing to not go back all the way it should?

LOL every forum I have been on there is always somebody jumping on people for asking a question no matter how trivial it may seem. I guess this forum is no different
