It definitely isn't going to solve 100% of window issues. When mine acted up, I came to this forum. Then I called the local dealer (Infiniti of Lynnwood). The guy in service told me about this, and it worked. So I created an account to share his wisdom (although many people here may have already been aware of it). With the rain coming down hard recently in Seattle, it was a lifesaver for me. As a bonus, it didn't cost any money or require any labor

Oh and the reason the window went off-kilter was because I disconnected the battery. The positive terminal got corroded and I had to hit it with the wire brush to clean it off. That reset the window for some reason.
