Is there a differencein HID's? Pls Help

Im trying to convert my fogs into HID's. My question is why is there such a price difference between an ebay set like this

then the mccoulouch kit (i know its spelled wrong;) ) will the ebay kit fit:confused2:

ive used mcculouch for a whil;e now and i love em..they are more expensive but last long...not too sure bout ne thing else..

all kits will fit..all ballasts are relatively the same size. theyre basically universal
