Cd changer

Is there a problem if i disconnected all the cables from the CD Changer i drive an 08 g37

Yes, the CD changer will stop working.

You can, but then you will not have any audio, the display will not work, and you might lose some of your climate control functions.

Best advice, replace the head unit. They are plenty on eBay for cheap- just match part numbers.
