Key not detected

What's up guys, the other day my 2010 g37x sedan wouldn't respond to my key fob. I couldnt even go into Acc mode. I ended up replacing the car battery since the other one ended up being bad. But still no response to key fob (yes I put in a New fob battery) and I even tried with my other key fob that I had. The only way the car turns on or does anything is when I put the fob in the little slot left of the steering wheel. I checked the 140 amp fuse that's on the positive terminal and looks to be fine. Not sure what else to look for before I bring it into the dealer. So again the car doesn't detect key when in the car and key fob cant even lock or unlock doors. Thanks

Could be a bad batch of fob batteries. I bought a pack once at Wally-Mart and the damn things were dead right out of the package.

Does the engine start with the fob in the key slot?

Keyfob battery bad. If car starts if you out it into slot on dash above your knee then its keyfob battery

Yes it does start when in the slot. I will go and buy another set later on then and update you guys

Is there a way to test the battery fuse?
