distorted displays on my nav screen
Dear G37 friends
I need your help. I drive a 2009 Infiniti Coupe Sport and have a problem with my multimedia screen. More and more often after starting I see such or similar distorted displays on my screen. The problem may go away (not always) if I stop the car and restart
Air conditioning, radio, CD player and navigation seem to function properly.
My garage has not yet been able to solve the problem.
Does anybody know what’s wrong and how to fix it ?
Best regards and thanks in advance for the help.

Dear G37 colleagues
I am happy to give you feedback on the measures taken so far.
The AV self-diagnostic utility did not show any error (ILM-NC G37S: thank you for the tip !).
My car repair shop (not a certified Infiniti dealer ship) did the following using used OEM Infiniti parts:
Does somebody know how to de-block the Navigation control unit?
Best regards and thanks in advance for your help.

Problem solved
Dear g37 colleagues
My Infiniti dealer was able to solve the problem.
After reprogramming the 'entire electrical system including the electrical key fobs', the 'used Italian' navigation control unit now works perfectly.
Kind regards
