Fuse box wiring help
I have a 2012 g37x and in was trying to get the obd2 port to work. I didnt notice the coorect fuse at first so i jump the port from one of the empty fuse holders that had power coming from it. Long story short it accidentally touch a piece of metal and now the car wont start

Long story short- you need to take it to a dealer or trained tech for diagnosis...

There is "won't start" and "won't start". Does the starter turn the engine over, but won't start OR the engine won't turn over? This info will help in the diagnosis of the problem.

wow this is absolutely one of the dumbest bonehead moves i ever heard of. makes no sense why you would jump power from an empty slot on the fuse box to another and in doing so you arced it to ground. if i was you, first check the main fuses, perhaps that was blown. if you don't know what you are doing leave the damn thing alone. modern cars are loaded with electronics which are much more sensitive to voltage spikes and short to ground. oh wait sensitivity, i think i just also described a millenial too.
