Hi all. Both the fan off and defrost buttons are sticking inward, and lower than the remaining buttons. Is this a common issue? Is there an easy fix? Thank you in advanced.

there is probably some dirt stuck in between the buttons. try compressed air in between the buttons or take it apart fully and clean it.

this happen to me once or twice a year... Not sure if it helps and I know it seems silly but usually i just push the stuck button in again (even though it doesn't actually appear to be moving) or a nearby/associated button and it dislodges after a couple of presses
