Hey guys I got a quick question, I simply want to add small rear tweeters n wanted to know if I can simply tap of the front tweeters that come with the stock bose system. Thanks in advance.
Check the Tech/Audio, Video, Electronics forum, too.
I did n from my research any discussion about adding speakers wheater highs, mids n lows theres always an aftermarket amp n if not its never about adding tweeters by taping off the factory ones up front.
I remember there being a chart you can google. Just find out what the lowest tone you should have in those tweets and x refrence it with the chart
the tweeters I'm buying come with a crossover inline already plus I'm tapping off the factory tweeters after the amp so the frequency should already be set. Correct me if I'm wrong plz

You can do it but I wouldn't recommend it.
Are you wanting the sound to be louder?
The factory set up already has a crossover. Adding another crossover may not get you the results you want.

You are also going to lower the final impedance.
not trying to get louder but theres no tweeters in the back n that's why I would like to add them, so can i just tap off the front tweeters with no issues? Or am I still missing something
