Differences between USA vs Canadian G37 Dash Cluster

Ages ago I thought I found a thread on this but i have searched and couldn't find it now..

I'm looking to find out what differences there are between the American and Canadian G37 dash clusters.

I thought the Canadian ones had KM/H as well as Miles/H Speedos and also the option to display the odometer in either kilometres or miles on the LCD info display? But then from what I can tell the US ones seem to have both measurements on the speedo too?? Is that right?

what I really need to know is which dash cluster to get that has the option of displaying the odometer in KM and how to tell that i am getting the correct dash cluster from looking at in the cluster when off/unplugged/not in vehicle.

if anyone could please help me that would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

if you could please see if there is a menu option to change the odometer to kms on the LCD info display in the centre of the dash cluster, that would be good?!

thank you so much

great thank you so much, this confirms what i suspected, that the Canadian dash has it, now I just need to confirm whether or not the USA dash has the same options or not.

and I can only assume each year of Canadian model is the same (feel free to chime in if you have an earlier year Canadian or USA model so I can be 100% sure on what I need!

Thanks again PNW_IPL!

I hate to bump a dead thread but was curious if you (PNW _IPL) ever figured out what the "Meter Effect" setting does. In other models the meter effect is the Gauge Sweep at startup. Just curious was all.
