USB - always starts from 1st song on memory card
 

bought a 2012 g37xs this summer...fantastic vehicle but the usb music option is acting weird. i am able to view the memory card and play music, however whenever i turn off car and then turn on, the usb starts from the 1st song on memory stick rather than the song that was on when car turned off. its a pain. ive tried different memory cards...same thing. any ideas?

Low battery?

I think its a setting in the radio settings. Mine does this too but I have been too lazy to care. But you can change play settings in radio playback settings

update: about 3 weeks ago I turned off the "daylight savings" in the clock settings. since then the issue, USB music always playing 1st song on car start, rather than last song when car was turned off, has fixed itself. I have no idea if the setting change is related to fixing the music issue but it's worth a try? haha!
