Exclamation 2009 G37s with iSimple iPod cable instead of RCA input jacks?

My 2009 G37s came with an iSimple iPod cable coming out of the slot where the RCA input jacks are supposed to be? I know the 2009 is supposed to come with the RCA input jacks but where are they? Can i get them somehow? i have an iPhone 5 so how am I supposed to play music now? I'd rather get back my RCA input jacks. I have an iPhone 5S and I want to be able to charge and listen to music so that 30 pin to lighting adapter won't work since it only plays music and doesn't charge my phone. Thanks.

Someone modified it .... there are adapters that will allow you to charge new i-devices. Use in conjunction with the 30pin to firewire (or whatever the 5s is calling it) adapter and you will be good to go. And have full control of the iPhone (which you wouldn't have with the RCA connecters)

Yeah but I'd prefer the RCA inputs instead, is there anyway I can put them back ?? Or buy it from the dealer ?

No idea .... the RCA inputs will not allow you to control anything other than volume (maybe not even that).

Off topic, but why does your 09 have heated seat ***** instead of the switches? I thought the ***** didnn't start until the 2010 model year? I woudn't be surprised if the previous owner modded that also.

But wouldn't an RCA to 3.5MM aux work like for audio and stuff? I bought a monster cable that goes from the RCA inputs to my iPhone headphone jack.

And the heated seat ***** started in 09
