It sounds like you got a lot of work done to try and fix the problem, did they ever pin point what the exact problem was?
They performed a software update (ITB12054A) and replaced the "processor module". No idea what was actually causing the problem, but I haven't had any issues since they did that.

Ugh, I just noticed this problem today and it was pretty annoying. I tried turning the car on and off at a red light, but the delays persisted. Maybe it wasn't off long enough to process a complete reboot. But my warranty just ran out less than a month ago... OF COURSE!

I have noticed a delay with mine a couple times. 1st time it stayed like that for a day or 2, the second time only lasted until I turned the car off. Have not notice it since (been a couple months).
