skip/ repeat button reversed for cd's?
i think that the wiring or software may be reversed for my stereo. when i had a g35 if i wanted to skip to the next song on my ipod or a cd i pressed the enter button on the steering wheel up towards the source button and down if i wanted to repeat the song that was playing. for some reason it is the opposite on my g37. does anyone else have this problem?

The controls are correct, down for next song, up for previous. Same way it works on iTunes. If you hit next on iTunes, it plays the song below the current one, so iTunes sees the song below as the next song. Not sure about the alphabet problem cause my 09 doesnt have that feature.

iron chariots my 2012 does the same thing! My 09 370Z used to have it the old way. It still confuses me and I've had my G for 3 months now haha

If you bring up the track/artist list on screen, you will see the directions match the screen.

surfjax, the way that you described is the way that my '08 g35 worked. for some reason it is the exact opposite for my g37. that's what has me so confused because you would think that you would press the seek button in the same direction whether you're using the enter button on the steering wheel or the seek button on the head unit itself.

Hi
the controls are correct. It's also known worldwide that, down is next and up is previous regards |

But on the head unit the buttons work in the opposite order - i.e. up goes back and down goes to next. |
