audio system changes - opinions wanted

Hi!

I've got a 2012 coupe with the bose system and since I was a car audio enthusiast in a past life I've decided I can't live with the sound. So, I'm considering a few options. For all of these I'll be using a 10w6v2 for a sub (I have one laying around).

Tell me what you think.

Option 1:

Focal 165KRX2 components
JL HD 900/5 amp
No post-processor.

Option 2:

Focal 165KRX3 components
JL HD900/5 amp.
Audison Bit One.

Option 3:

Hertz... something. What's the hertz equivalent to the KRX2 or KRX3s?
JL HD900/5 or LRX 4.1k
Audison Bit One.

Option 4:

Focal 165A3 components
JL XD 700/5 amp.

Another option is that a local store has a LRX 4.1k amp they are willing to sell me for $750 because they ordered it for someone else that never showed up. Would I be better off with this than the JL 900/5?

Anything else I should be considering?

Are you planning on running front and rear or just front? Prefer passive or electronic crossovers?
In my car i added a bit one, arc audio 900.6, and then sub stuff. I stuck with stock speakers for now, using the bit one as the crossover and have each channel of the 900.6 running one speaker (fronts only, i dislike rear speakers and when i tried connecting them, they were pretty pointless).
I will admit, the stock speakers (when pushed with clean power) can handle quite a bit, and sound good while doing it. And I'm not sure if you've used one, but the bit one is friggin amazing.

I'm planning on getting everything done next week. Here is my current plan. Tell me what you think.

Car: 2012 G37s Coupe.

Comps: Focal KRX3
Rears: None
Sub: 10w6v2 (I have one laying around) in a glass box that won't take much room in the trunk.
Amp: JL HD900/5 as bi-amp for KRX3s (see note at the end)
Processor: Helix P-DSP.

I really wanted to do some nice Mosconi amps, but space is an issue. I want to be able to fold the seats down and I want to keep my spare tire. The best thing I or any of the local installers can find room for is one small amp.

Also, the doors and likely the trunk will be deadened.

So...thoughts?
