SES after Remote Start installed

Got the SES activated after getting the CompuStar installed. Anyone encounters this problem ???

I get the same thing from time to time with my remote start. When you get in the car after it is started remotely you have to wait a couple seconds before putting on the brake. I think the factory fob needs time to detected otherwise it will throw a code.
