Snow tires ON, when to rotate?

Snow tires ON, when to rotate?
So I got my new Pirelli Ice Zero fr snow tires 225 45 r19 mounted and balanced on my stock 19" wheels yesterday. Costed me $618, picked them up myself from Tirerack in New Castle, DE. Drive down to Newark, DE to help paint my friend's new house, so killed 2 birds with one stone and saved $60 on shipping. Plus a $70 mail in rebate is on the way.
It snowed on the way back up to North Jersey yesterday. Wasn't much but the car felt great.
Question, how often should I rotate these tires?

You'll be taking them off come spring right? No need to rotate if you're switching them twice a year imo. Just keep track of where they came from and switch it for next year.

I don't rotate my snows, as Epiphany brought up as well. They typically go on Thanksgiving weekend (before if the forecast calls for it) and come off mid-March or later, again, if the forecast looks like I'll still need them for a bit. At most, they're on for four months. I typically don't put more than 1000 miles/month on so... No need. If you put a bunch of miles (like... >5K) on over the winter, sure, rotate them. If not, just mark them and rotate next winter.

More rotations earlier in a tires life helps long term wear. They tend to squirm around most when new and that can lean to irregular wear if not moved around. We suggest every 3k miles for the first 10k, then you can rotate at standard intervals suggested by Infi or your owners manual.
