Help with wheel fitment.

Hi, I am considering buying these wheels off someone and need help of they will fit well.

They are off a 2012 Maxima
The bolt pattern is right but its the width that scares me.
Front 20x9.5
Back 20x10.5
Offsets +45
Tire sizes are normal with 20/35/245 and 20/30/275

~~~This is a 09 g37x Sport by the way~~~
They'll poke out a bit until you lower it, then they will fit fine.
Instead of buying just the wheels, why not buy the whole car?
That way you know they fit.
Lowering it with NewYork roads would be suicide on the front bumper
If I don't lower it how much would it poke out?
this calculator will clear things up
https://www.myg37.com/forums/tire_rim_calculator.php
Your stock G37X Sedan Sport wheels are 18x7.5 +45 on 225/50/18 tires
So entering the old & new data you get
Fronts~extend out 25.4mm so about an inch out from your current setup
Rear~extend out 38.1mm so about an inch and a half out from your current set.
Just measure out from your current setup and see if that's manageable.
