1) Will this work fine on my 2012 g37xs coupe, running different measurements on front and rear ? Thanks
2) Is this an aggressive set up, I don't want a plain, straight factory look.

BBS CIR's
Im thinking of going with a set of BBS CIR's. Specs are 20x9.5 +40 and 20x10.5 +39. While I know the wheels themselves will fit Im not sure on tires. I want to go with 275/285 front and 305 rear. Everyone running 305's is lowered but I live in houston with **** roads so unless I go bags I won't be lowering. Will this set up fit on stock suspension and akebonos.

With a coupe you should be able to sneak the 305s back there but might have to run a bit extra camber to get them to tuck into the fender. 20s on a stock height don't really look that great though, as that already large fender gap appears even larger as you go up in wheel diameter, It actually doesn't but it "appears" to
You'd have to verify Akebono clearance w/ the vendor, or send them these templates and have them verified.

I've seen people running 255/40 on their stock 19x8.5 G37XS Coupe but has anyone ran 255/45? There was an inch difference in diameter, so if so did anyone get any rubbing issues from it? Thank you

Good morning.
I am looking at a used set of vossen cv2. Wanted to know if the wheels will fit a G37xS sedan. I am looking for a flush look. Currently lowered on Swift springs with 15mm wheel spacers all around.
Wheel specs
Front: 20x9 +20, 245/35/20
Rear: 20x10.5 +25, 285/30/20

been reading but hoping somebody has direct experience
2013x sedan , bone stock suspension/alignment
thinking of a getting a set of used wheels tires
they are 19x8.5 et22 w/ 245/40/19's mounted
don't want to mod the body but have no issues with tweaking alignment specs
any thoughts ?

Your new set will be almost 36mm out from what you're now running. Put a piece of foam or a paperback book that's 1.4" thick and place it on the edge of the wheel and tire, this is how that new setup will fit. It's going to poke out from the fender edge about a 1/2", and possibly more at stock height & camber. To be honest I'd look for something like a +30 to +35 offset in that 8.5" width at stock height.

that's kinda what I was expecting as a response , I saw me pics of them on a g35 sedan that was lowered , not slammed , and they were not sticking out , actually they were flush or just inside of the wheel arches
very rare and quite beautiful wheels for certain but I think I may be more inclined to go 18x9.5 et35-38 and run a 245/50/18

I am not familiar with this particular chassis but am very handy , built and track many makes/models in the past . this ones the wifes / our road tripper / nice car
yes it's stock wheels/tires now and I will be using them or some xxr 527 17x8.25 et35 I already own for snows in the future
so let me get this straight , when you lower these things you get more outboard wheel/tire clearance ? front and rear ?
what would be an "extreme" wheel width/offset that pushes the limits inboard and outboard ? what's the first thing that hits inside ? I assume the wheel arches are the thing on the outside ?
and what is the oem hub bore size ?
just trying to get my bearings here

how about 18x9 et 42 with a 245/50/18 ?
22.4 closer inside/28.4 further out according to the calculator I use
will it hit anything inside ?
prob not going to lower this car in the near future , it has 20k on it , when the struts go away that may change but for now , stock height , taller tire

When you lower the car the wheels tuck in naturally due to camber, if that's what you're asking. That gets you more clearance at the fender.
Hub bore size is the diameter of where the wheel mounts onto the wheel hub. Our size is 66.1mm. Different manufacturers have different hub bore sizes. Most aftermarket wheel manufacturers have one standard hub size for their wheels (something like 73.1) or a few common sizes. In the event that the wheel's hub size is not the same as the one required for our cars, you'll need hub ring adapters. Without those, your wheels will not sit exactly as they should and will cause vibrating.
