255 in the front u serious? U need 245 at front. 285 is fine in rear, but first are u dropped? Those offsets should be fine without spacers. Some member are running 38/42 without spacers

W +38 u need a 6mm spacer at least to clear if i were u i would run a 15mm hubcentric spacer and sit at 23/42 that should look ok!!! Depending on drop though i doubt a 255/35 would clear! U will def want to raise it! Unles u go 245/35 u should be ok! Def front needs to be spaced out though. Don't run flat spacers u need at least a 6mm for clearance so i recommend a 15mm spacer w a 245/35 and don't slam so low on front.

CV1 +38 have caliper clearance issues , u need at least a 6mm spacer to clear or u gonna hit caliper! But then again u need Hubcentric to eliminate vibrating issues.

Thanks for the help guys. Would it be a problem running 245/35/20 with 285/30/20 in the back? According to the wheel calculator, at 60mph, the front would read 59.6 and rear would read 60.1mph. Would the 0.5mph difference trip the vdc/abs?

That set-up I's the proper size to run actually , that's what vossen recomends so u have proper speedometer readings. This I's the best most practical comfortable set-up.

Vossen also offers Akata 6mm spacers that u can run on Front to be at a +32 ! Look into that also if u want the 255/35 but on a 9.0 front def stick to 245/35z

Sounds good. I'll switch to 245s and slap on some 10mm spacers.

Do you think I can run any spacer in the back with 285s? Just dont want the rear to look too tucked in or uneven compared to the front.

U can run 10mm spacers but u need to install the extended studs because 10 won't let the stock studs fit the lugs! They not long enough and even if u get spacers w extended studs your stock studs will hit back of rim and will need stock studs to be shaved down .

Make sense? Hope this I's clear.

If i were u honestly for all the concerns! Just hit up Jav at Vossen up for some Akata 6mm spacers on front and rear and sit at 32/36 offsets! That will look good.

Yeah, I understand the spacers. Even if i got the 6mm ones, i would not feel comfortable without extending the studs. So i'm planning to get teh eibach pro 10mm with extended studs. I figured if i could install my own turboes, i can change out the studs.

I just wished i found out about the caliper clearance problem before i bought the 38 offsets.

Does everyone with 38 offset have problems with sport brakes? Did anyone not have the problem.

It was the first batch of CV1s that had this issue! Maby u can contact Vossen to see if they will swap out the front to a +32 ! they have 5 year workmanship warranty ! It's worth a shot .
