2010 G37 Journey sedan lease with VPP-A plan

Just wanted to post up my lease deal using my VPP-A plan:

2010 G37 Journey sedan
premium package
wheel locks
msrp: $37,465

$347/mo
39 months
10k miles/year
$1200 total out of pocket

The only other incentive that applied was the $1,000 owner loyalty, and I got the dealer to throw in tints because I could sense he was trying to push the Journey sedan off his lot (Michigan dealers usually only stock X models).

I'm selling my current 2008 G35S 6MT due to financial reasons, and I was honestly looking at a 2010 Maxima S, but since the lease deals on the G37 sedans were so great this month it was literally only a $20 difference in monthly payment on the same lease terms.

Any thoughts?
