Through March 31st.. the Nissan guys have a hookup.. Not sure if the same VPP number carries for both brands, but I can't imagine it wouldn't..

If you know how to haggle, you can get a discount just as good as VPP, if not better. Yeah, VPP saves you the hassle, but honestly IMO you don't absolutely need it.
When I used VPP, I got a letter. I don't remember what it said inside, but I just handed it to them and got the discount.

I just picked up my 2010 G37S Journey today using my VPP code. MSRP was $45055 and my sales price with no haggling was $38970. Invoice was $41361. This deal is just amazing and is over March 31st. You guys looking to buy today need to check out the link Josh posted above. It REALLY works!
Thanks again Josh, I'll be needing those Eibachs soon!!!

Josh, thanks for the link.
Robert came thru with the VPP claim number.
Picked mine up Friday- 2010 G37 Coupe Journey Sport Black/Black with Premium, Nav., Spoiler, Black Grille, Splash Guards, and Trunk Net.& Mat.
MSRP was 46,260. Paid 39,274 plus TTL. That’s the VPP price plus $1500 cash back from Infiniti.
Dealer doc. fees were waived and they had windows tinted at their cost.
I clay barred and waxed it Saturday.

I know, I'm one of the handful of people on here who went through VPP Plan A, so I got the 3.58% below invoice you're talking about. This was back in November 2007. A year or so later, I recall at least a couple others on here who said they got discounts which came out to be even better than what I got. Maybe because the economy is slowly recovering, it's becoming harder to get that type of discount. But it's been done. IMO, the economy is still crap, and if you can haggle at the right place at the right time, you can still get such deals, especially when they're clearing out inventory for next year's models. It's probably not as easy as it was a year ago, but I wouldn't say it's completely far fetched.
