Don't knock VPP completely, it really depends on the dealer. When I got my G37 coupe, they gave me a $500 loyalty rebate which put my purchase price about $300 below invoice. This was November 2007 mind you.
Just bought a 2008 G35S using VPP again, but dealer also used $5000 in cash rebates on top of that price. MSRP was $37,130 and I paid $31,260 out the door. Total came to about $8k off sticker price before TTL etc...

Just worked a VPP
I am going to pick up a 2010 G37X coupe with prem and Nav + some splash guard, nets mats, etc.. MSRP $45170, the final price is $40545+ tax and doc fee. That's invoice less $1000 + Infiniti 2 year Maint free program (not through dealer). Think that's good deal? Thanks
