I dropped my car off Friday for a total repaint. State Farm is paying for total de-trim including taking the bumpers off and painting them off the car and removing front and rear windshields so there aren't any tape lines. This shop did an all over paint job the same way when baseball sized hail killed my '06 G35 coupe. The car should be ready next Friday and I'll post pictures.
I have a loaded out '14 Suburban as a rental to see if I like the size and I'm about 90% sure at this point my next ride will be a new style Denali or Denali XL. I love the way these were redesigned for 2015. Chebby finally got their [stuff] together both inside and out.

In the picture, each marker circle represents a chip or two so you can see how thrashed with pea gravel it got.
I brought my dog to work with me this morning and you can see he really digs the captains chairs in the Suburban.

I have a number of Paint Chips in my Hood too. Black Car. as reproted many times around this forum, the paint jobs SUX. Way too thin.
Unfortunately, my Entire Care Protection (ECP) does NOT cover paint chipping. I will bring in to 2 or 3 Auto Body shops for estimates, and will report back here. I didn't think to approach my Insurance Carrier, GEICO, but after deductibles it won't be worth the risk insurance premiums being increased.
