That'll work for me. All depends what you're into. I moved here about 2 years ago from AZ and I live in Pacific Beach. It's more of a bar scene than parts in-land, but i'm right by the ocean so I can't complain. If you're thinking about purchasing I would suggest renting for a year to see what area you like- home prices are ridiculous.

Right? I got very lucky with the place i'm renting. 3 bed, 2 bath, gated, underground garage and i'm right on PB and Crown Point with a bay view. My boss bought a townhouse on the fancy side of the Bay and I think he paid $850ish. That would get you a pretty baller spot in AZ.

Ya you totally get a lot for your money here in Charleston...in San Diego...not so much. Luckily me being in the military they'll increase my housing pay so it wont be to bad. I'm excited about moving there, seems like theres a lot of stuff to do there as well...hell and the weather is awesome!
Now as far as car parts, the only thing Id really be selling after the build is my intake and full exhaust.

Yeah tons of military guys out here- That's how I pick up motorcycles for dirt cheap. I take it you'll want to be somewhat close to base and near the beach & bars. You'll love it out here.

Hey guys... Any recommendations for good auto/mechanic shops in SD? Around Mira Mesa, Scripps or poway. I need to get a potential wheel bearing problem checked. Been noticing a weird "rotating humming" sound from the front of the car especially when coasting above 60mph.
