Im kind of in the dark here, I have heard about these grounding wire kits on many forums. I have driven domestic until now and don't know to much about them. So what are we talking about here? what do they do for you?

Old G35 3.5L = 1st generation; New G37 3.7L = 2nd Generation. You have a 2nd gen car.
