Add a higher image cap for threads in the Build section

Please change the amount of images allowed in the main post for threads in the build section. So that we may view car build in it's entirety without having to scroll past 15 comments/changing pages.

Just make a "reserved" post in the next 1 or 2 posts after your main one. Then edit them when needed to added up to date photos.
