They will fit a sedan with no problem. If you have AWD, however, you will want to put the same tire sizes on all 4 wheels.

They are still available. I don't know if they will fit a q50. It depends on the offset of the q50. Ask discount tire or Infiniti.
Actually Infiniti guys are fuggin idiots. Ask a tire store.
