SOLD

I originally posted these as a trade and wanted to update the listing in the For Sale category.

I have a set of Infiniti M56S wheels in gunmetal that I bought back in April of this year. I put them on a Maxima and drove them for about 8,000 miles. Now they've been on my G37x for about 3,000 miles. They have 245/40r20 Falken Ziex ZE950 A/S tires on them and have TPMS sensors. One wheel has two small scrapes in one of the spokes. Easy to have repaired. All are 20x9.

Since the one wheel has the two little scapes and needs to be repaired, I would sell the wheel/TMPS/tire combo (without wheel locks - I'm keeping those for my next set of wheels) for $1,500 plus half the shipping. I get a good discount through FedEx at work so it would be half of that and not the retail shipping cost.

Just for reference, you can buy these wheels online right now for as little as $380 each and the center caps for $47 each. That's $427 per wheel. Your current wheel lugs and locks (if you have them) will work so you don't have to buy those. At $427 each, the total cost would be $1,708.

The tires are Falken Ziex ZE950 245/40R20. They have 11,000 miles on them and are in perfect condition. You can get new tires in that same size for as little as $125 for cheapos. I chose to go with a middle of the road option. Price wise and quality wise. I paid $170 each so that's a total of $680.

TPMS sensors go for about $50+ each these days. That's roughly $200.

At $1,500, that's about $1,088 less than buying it all new. Plus half of the shipping, of course. I am in Georgia. Shipping should be fairly reasonable unless you are on the west coast.

Anyhow, I'm the kind of person that would rather provide all of the details up front.

UPDATE: I just found out that the TPMS that are installed in these may not work with a G. I originally bought these wheels to go on a 2011 Maxima. When I bought the tires and TPMS, the guy ordered them for the Maxima. I was told that they will work with any Nissan or Infiniti car since they are the same brand. I just found out yesterday that this may not be the case since there are about six different sensors from the factory. So, keep that in mind if you are interested. I've dropped the price down to $1,400 plus whichever is cheaper between half of shipping or 3% PayPal fees because of this. THIS IS FIRM! I won't go any lower. I have a few people interested but can't buy right away.

Here are some pictures of the wheels and a few pictures of the car with the wheels on.

Another Friday bump.

Anyone think I'm asking too much? Thoughts?

Its a little high, but not many people sell M56S rims here. I would buy them off you (but not at that price) if I had the money and use them as my winter set, but I wouldn't be able to for a couple of months.

Thanks for the feedback! I'm curious as to how much overpriced you think I am. I know this is a little strange to talk about between a buyer and a seller but, then again, sometimes discussion like this can lead to a much more trusted transaction. I've been burned too many times in the past buying off of forums and Craigslist...even eBay for that matter...so when I sell I try to be as up front about everything as possible. Seeing as how you aren't really in the market at the moment anyway, I can understand you holding off on sharing what you think a reasonable price would be. I can certainly wait. I'm in no hurry to sell them. Sure I'd like to try some other wheels but I'm not desperate by any means. Thankfully. If you share, that would be great. But I'd understand if you don't too.

Honestly I would say a good price would be $1,000 for the rims, $1,500 rims + tires and then shipping on top of that. I'd probably offer $950 shipped for the rims and then go back and forth till we agree on a price or call it quits.

By the way, are the wheels staggered or squared?

Did you need spacers to run these wheels? How much tread is left on the tires and is there any uneven wear?

I didn't feel the need for spacers with these wheels. I don't know what the OEM offset is but they sat fairly flush to the fender. The last shot in the post is looking down the side of the car.

Tread depth is 8 all the way around. No uneven wear at all.
