G37 or 2010 Chevy camaro
Hi, i am a new member here and i was in the market for a new car. I have shortened my list down to two cars. I will either buy a G37 in the summer or wait for the new camaros to come out so i could test drive both. I know they are different cars but i just want to know pros and cons of both. Thank you

Just do some searching... you will find the pros and cons vs. alot of vehicles... but IMO G37 and a Camaro are not comparable....realistically...

Did you put your name on the waiting list for the camaro already?
If you want to get the car soon and don't wanna wait the G37 is the way to go. Plus you could pay for the car at invoice if you get a good deal. The camaro's gonna be a hot sale so you're probably gonna pay mark-up on it when it comes out. Plus, when these cars usually just come out it's difficult to get a test drive. I remember when I was choosing between the new mustang when it came out and a G35, not a lot of dealers would let me test drive the mustang since they didn't wanna put mileage on any of the cars they had left at the dealership. Plus, i don't know for sure, but you might have to pay a gas guzzler tax for the camaro. When I was looking at the GTOs, I know you had to pay the tax.

new chevy...first year...beware!
it is hot...but I'd wait for a year or two so they can work the bugs out and maybe add some cool models like SS or whatever.... they really are so different...hard to compare....the G is an awesome car......hoping it doesn't experience too many 1st year buggage

Just about every site I visit, people ask what car should they get.
How the heck would anyone know that. Only you know what you like and dislike. Your butt will tell you which car, just test drive both. You'll know. I'm love Camaro's. Had 2, a 93 and 96. Both were a piece of crap but I still love them. Not enough to buy one for regular use. As a second car yes. Also, the ones I had were modern styled. This new one is cool but I'm not into retro...unless it was a second car. |

agree, it was one of the cars i was deciding on getting. 37, 135i, or the camaro. both the 135i and camaro were not out at the time, i needed to buy a car so i opted for the 37. couldnt be happier, there is power and luxury in one.

hard to answer until we see the production version of the Camaro.
No question that it will be a nice straight line performer. But can the camaro compete outside of the mold of the typical american muscle car- that's the question if you want to compare it to a G37.

If I get the C6 this summer, my girlfriend will probably buy the new camaro.
I think that car looks badass, but I prefer the sexiness of the G37. |

Get a 3 year lease on the G37, then when your lease is up, get the Camaro. Who says you can't have your cake and eat it, too?!!
BTW... I've read somewhere that the top model is going to be the Z28 not the SS. I think this is how it used to be back in the day. 'Los
