G35 to G37s :D
Currently the owner of a G35 which I absolutely am in love with . I have a buyers itch for the g37s recently and just have to have it .
So as far as I know the g37 "s" model can be identified by the s on the trunk , brakes , seats , wheels , but I find models like g37xS or g37 journey coupe with a s on the trunk .. What makes these so different I just want a g37s with the bells and whistles .
Also the good price range I'm finding is a lucky 16k but normally 17k-20k with around 60-90k miles .. 08-09 mainly 08 .. Sad to say I'm actually looking for an auto .. But being that the car is almost 8-7 yrs old could I get an Infiniti warranty somehow ? If I can Does the car truly need it ?
I've been looking on sites like carguru.com and autotrader .. But peeked a few g37s on Craigslist with some great prices and low miles . Really could I trust that ? That's why I'm really asking the warranty question just to cover my bases
Since I have a g35 I know what to look for as far as buying a good condition g35 wonder if you g37 owners can give me a heads up on what you wish you would of known and checked up on that you know now?

Welcome to the site Benny
As far as warranty on those older Gs, if there was an elite warranty purchased by previous owner I "believe" it's transferable but not 100% certain. There may be a way to get one going through an Infiniti dealer for your purchase, but again, not certain.
As far as the S models, ALL RWD S models have all the good options. The AWD S Coupe models have most of the options, the AWD S Sedans get shortchanged quite a bit.
The Journey S models have all the good stuff but are automatics, hope that helps & good luck w/ your search.

Welcome welcome. Glad your on the site and thinking of making the switch.
I also loved my G35 to the max. Gotta say the 37 is a def upgrade tho. You get to keep all the features you love about your 35 and upgrade what you didn't even realize needed upgrading IMO.
I say you bump your price range or your searching game up a bit and try to grab one with under 55K miles. Is that a possibility for you?

Visually I can see that some are loaded and some aren't but I was concerned that people added the sport trunk to their journey because I find lots of g37s with some features but they aren't "100% sport " .. I don't want a replica s ya know haha ..
Well yea I suppose i could spend a few more thousand like 20-22k I'd honestly rather not if I can find a car just as good for 18 but I see your point how it's a better chance to grab a good G with a higher tag ..
Another question is there anyway a seller can manipulate the mileage or exchange it from another G I'm not too sure because it's digital .
Ima check the Infiniti dealer near me first and see what they can offer me and if not I'll probably be buying one from Craigslist or from a dealer in NY
I would still like a answer if someone has bought a older model g37 a was able to put a legitimate warranty on it

Oh also I know the g35 never changed body style just lights and simple things outside .. On the g37 did it ever change ? Other than the iPL and the few different bumpers ? like is there any difference at all 08, 09 ,10?
