Stillen Gen 3 probably the best for gains, but it is harder to maintain and install, takeda and Injen has also good cold air intakes, if you want to go for an easier install and maintenance R2C Intake is also popular

And exhaust depends so many routes, Cat backs you can get ARK Catback for about 1300, Fast Intentions Cat back is also great, Motordyne E370 is one of the best exhaust but really expensive, most gains you'll see if from a high flow cats so you also have the option of getting a top speed axle back exhaust for around 550 for a nice sound and pick up some high flow cats!

From my research where members have actually dyno'd it seems like replacing the cats is one of the few mods that makes noticeable gains. A catback and air intake do help, but from the dyno's I've seen only make noticeable gains from 7k plus.

Welcome to the site, good advice thus far, and since you have a coupe the axlebacks are even cheaper, about $250 to 300 FOR THE topspeed.
For reference check out the Tech subfolders for exhaust & intake info and the coupe folder for coupe specific help.
Enjoy the G and the site!

The stillen gen 3 is on my bucket list. I'd like the maximum gain and I'm willing to go with the difficult maintenance. Unless the easier install intakes are cheaper!lol
Thank you all for the feedback. Time to get my G sounding and running good!

I had R2C's for a while. It's not really a cold air intake, but it's easier to install and maintain, the sound is great and it gives you more usable mid range torque, compared to long tube (cold air) intakes which create most of their gains at the high end. It's your choice really.
