Hello everyone !!
I just update 3 months ago my G35x 06 for G37x 2013
and love it !! only missing from older G is exhaust sound 
mode with mid pipe from 350z was great

Welcome man, there are lots of options for mid pipes out there it you don't mind modding the muffler section. My whole exhaust is off a coupe( My 2011) only difference is the muffler section because of the spare tire well.

G35 had 153k miles
I can non of the mid pipes for G37 even ebay stuff...
